Happy April! Here’s this month’s workout. Let’s get up and get active!

We’re keeping it short and sweet this month. Complete one round to enjoy a full body workout in less than 30 minutes. Aim to do this at least 3 times a week and watch yourself begin to feel like a stronger person.

Remember: Growth is still progress, no matter how small it may be.
