If you are new to journaling or a pro, sometimes having themed prompts can truly make a difference in the outcome of your journaling experience. It creates a level of accountability when your journaling has flow and challenges you to reflect on specific topics. Journaling is therapeutic self work, that feels calming as a sense of release. Writing things down can keep your mind uncluttered, destress you, and allow you to refocus on what is important to you.
