May's Workout
Meeting You Where You Are
This is another AMRAP aka As Many Reps As Possible workout. You will perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 10 seconds of rest following. Complete 3 Rounds of these 8 exercises. Please be sure to take breaks at the end of each round or whenever needed.
April's Workout
Full Body Challenge
We’re keeping it short and sweet this month. Complete one round to enjoy a full body workout in less than 30 minutes. Aim to do this at least 3 times a week and watch yourself begin to feel like a stronger person.
