As we enter into the second month of the New Year, we know the fitness focused New Year Resolutions are in full affect for many. We are excited to introduce a new initiative to help you turn those resolutions into realities by providing monthly workouts that will get the sweat flowing, body moving and heart pumping!

Introducing “herhealth” movement- Each month, we will release a quick and digestible workout with new and fun exercises. Our goal is to help make fitness accessible to you. It doesn’t take hours upon hours in the gym to achieve your fitness goals. A quick workout each day can produce the results you are looking for. Need accountability? With herhealth workouts, you’re never in this alone. Each week, we will be checking in on your progress via our Instagram story @herturth101 here. It's February and love is in the air. While you love others, be sure to love yourself! Here’s this month's workout to help you love your health. This February we’re covering the basics. Below, you will find some foundational exercises that will be implemented in a number of variations as we embark on this fitness journey.

Okay, so here’s the workout! This is a beginners introduction to an AMRAP aka As Many Reps As Possible workout. You will perform each exercise for 1 min with 15 seconds rest following.

There you have it! A quick under 30 minute workout. Do your best to complete 3 or more times a week. We’ll be checking in with you via our Instagram story. Let's move together sis!
