herhealth: May's "Meet You Where You Are" Workout

Hey sis! We hope you are enjoying these monthly workouts. Here’s one to keep you going during the month of May! Oh, and if you are just now joining in, no worries!

This workout will meet you right where you are.

This is another AMRAP aka As Many Reps As Possible workout. You will perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 10 seconds of rest following. Complete 3 Rounds of these 8 exercises. Please be sure to take breaks at the end of each round or whenever needed.


Helpful Tips

  • 3 Way Lunges: They’re exactly what they sound like- Lunge to the front, side and back = 1 rep

  • Mountain Climber + Bicycle: Complete 4 Mountain climbers (left + right =2), then flip over and complete 4 Bicycle crunches
