Hey sis! This June instead of a full body workout we are encouraging you all to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. Sometimes we all need a break from our usual schedule so this month, let’s focus on going for walks, runs, bike rides, or partaking in some sort of outdoor activity. If you are absolutely in need of a workout, feel free to tap into those from previous months.

This month instead of a full body workout we are focusing strictly on our abdominal muscles. Here is a quick workout to challenge you during the month of June.

There are 9 exercises. Complete 20 reps for each exercise. The goal is to achieve 3 to 5 rounds with necessary breaks in between
