It's okay, keep going!

Has COVID 19 stunted your creativity, paused your plans, or interrupted your routine? Sis, we are here to tell you: you are not alone. We’re sharing some advice that may motivate you to stay open and willing to keep going.


Many of us have lost motivation during this time, and that is okay! What we can't do is stay in the same space of pause-- we have to find ways to get up and keep going. When your routine is interrupted as long as ours has been due to COVID 19, it's expected that we are all a little thrown off course. The key is to remember that it’s never too late to reset!



Steps to Get Back on Track:

  1. Take a breath & center yourself.

  2. Reflect on what you have accomplished during the time that has passed.

  3. Remind yourself of what you were actively working on before all hell broke loose.

  4. Draft a plan to RESET your goals.

  5. Make a timeline that is healthy and conducive to your "new normal".

  6. Hold yourself accountable by sharing what you’re working toward with people important to you, and encourage them to do the same.

  7. Schedule check-ins with yourself through "self reporting"- maybe by utilizing a weekly journal and/or checklist(s).

  8. Remind yourself over and over that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

We can choose our destiny by aligning our gifts toward the purpose we desire. Be wise about how you choose to spend and waste your time from this point on. Sis, you are fabulous and what you have to offer the world does not have to be paused in this pandemic- There are ways to share your light even if that now requires social distancing and a mask. Stop procrastinating, doubting yourself, finding excuses, and GET TO IT!
