Trust You Journey

Keep in mind: No matter how many delays or detours we encounter, we will always be led back to where we are meant to be.

You are where you are for a reason. Feeling stuck is great! Use that as motivation for the next step in your journey, and understand that this journey won’t be perfect. As women we often find ourselves locked into a schedule or plan we have already outlined in our head. "In 2 years I will have this done and in 5 years I will be here." This thinking can be helpful, but only if we come to understand that those are goals not guidelines.

Set your goals and allow yourself space to grow in the midst of the journey toward your goals. Your dreams can become reality, they just may not become your reality at the exact moment you wish. It is easier said than done to have faith in yourself that you are on the way to greater things. We are here to remind you that it can become effortless ONLY if you practice it daily. Do you start your day centering yourself and speaking words of affirmation? We get started- wake up & remind yourself you are powerful, loved, and deserving of greatness!

Do you take time to reflect on where you are, or what you have already accomplished? Start taking a few moments throughout the week/month to reflect on how far you have come and what comes next. It can be something as simple as a conversation with God on the way to work, putting your phone on Do Not Disturb for an hour when you get off work, meditation in the morning, or journaling once a week.

Be in competition with yourself and no one else. Stop comparing yourself to others' timelines. Everyone has their own journey to take, and it is never ending. We do too much "but she is 26 and already has __________ and I am 30 and only have ___________" STOP DOING THAT! "Comparison is the thief of joy"- stop robbing yourself of joy and celebration with comparison to others. Mindlessly scrolling on social media has given us the wrong perception of what is real. Focus on what is real and right in front of you-- focus on what is FOR YOU.
